λάθρῃ

secretly, by stealth, ὁ δέ οἱ παρελέξατο λάθρῃ Il. 2.515; ἀνήρ, ὃς ἐμίσγετο λάθρῃ Od. 15.430; λάθρῃ κτείναντες treacherously, 17.80; ἀλλά τε λάθρῃ γυῖα βαρύνεται imperceptibly, Il. 19.165: in Trag. and Att., S. Aj. 1137, OT 386, Ar. Ra. 746, Th. 4.39, Pl. R. 347b, etc.

παραλέχομαι

lie beside or with, of intercourse with a woman, ὁ δέ οἱ παρελέξατο λάθρῃ Il. 2.515, cf. 20.224, etc. ; of the woman, lie down beside, τῷ δὲ Βρισηῒς παρελέξατο 24.676 ; παραλέξομαι ἐν φιλότητι 14.237 ; πὰρ δʼ Ἑλένη . . ἐλέξατο Od. 4.305 : Ep. aor. παρέλεκτο h.Ven. 167 : Com., τυρῷ καὶ μίνθῃ π. καὶ ἐλαίῳ Cratin. 129 (dub.).
