δᾶ explained by the Scholl. as Dor. for γῆ, in the phrases δᾶ φεῦ, φεῦ δᾶ Aesch., Eur.; οὐ δᾶν no by earth, Theocr. But it is prob. that δᾶ or Δᾶ is a Doric voc. of Δάν Ζάν (i. e. Ζήν Ζεύς), and Δᾶν acc. = Ζῆν (i. e. Ζῆνα).
