2). π. τὸν στόμαχον have a 'splashy' stomach, Dsc. Eup. 2.9 , cf. Gal. 13.145 .
3). metaph. of the mind, to be or become flaccid, Ph. 1.441 , 459 , 2.411 :— Hsch. cites pf. part. πεπλαδηκώς· σεσηπώς, ὑγρανθείς, and impf. ἐπλάδα in causal sense = κατέδευεν .
