οὐρεύς, ῆος, ὁ, Ion. for ὀρεύς (q. v.): in , 1.50 10.84 it has been taken as,
A). = οὖρος, φύλαξ , a guard, warder, cf. Po. 1461a10 ; but it may well mean mules here, as in other places, and the Sch. give both explanations.
