ὄρφν-ῐνος, η, ον,
A). = ὀρφνός, ὄ. χρῶμα a brownish grey colour, being mixed of black, red, and white (but with most black), Ti. 68c , cf. 31 ; put by between πορφύρεος and φοινίκινος, Cyr. 8.3.3 :—the form ὄρφνιος occurs in Col. 792a27 , 794b5 , , but is prob. corrupt. 2.565c
