A). certainly not, where Verb in imper. or opt. must be supplied from the context, μὴ λεγέτω τὸ ὄνομα .. Answ. μὴ γάρ [λεγέτω] Tht. 177e , cf. Sph. 255b : not in a reply, μὴ γὰρ δὴ δίναν γ’ Εὐρώτα (sc. ἔλθοιμι) Tr. 210 (lyr.): in parenthesis, where it may be translated much less (cf. μὴ ὅτι), 2.158 ; μὴ γὰρ τῆς πόλεώς γε μηδ’ ἐμοῦ 18.200 .
