Pass. -στραφησεῖται GDI 3089.27 (Callatis):—turn oneself round, turn about, ἤϊε ἐπιστρεφόμενος constantly turning, as if to look behind one, Hdt. 3.156 : and with acc., πολλὰ θάλαμον ἐξιοῦσ’ ἐπεστράφη turned to gaze on it, E. Alc. 187 ; so of a lion retreating, Arist. HA 629b15 ; δῑ οὗ πάσας ἐπιστρέφεσθαι τὰς περιφοράς by which all the revolving spheres are turned, Pl.
