εἰσκυκλ-έω,
A). wheel in, esp. in a theatre, turn a thing inwards by machinery, and so, withdraw it from the eyes of the spectators, Th. 265 , cf. Lex. 8 : generally, ὄψων παρασκευὴν εἰσκυκλουμένην 6.27o e : metaph., πράγματα δαίμων τις ἐσκεκύκληκεν ἐς τὴν οἰκίαν some spirit has wheeled ill luck into the house, V. 1475 :— Pass., plunge into, τοῖς τῆς ἱστορίας διηγήμασι 2 Ma. 2.24 :— Med., c. acc., [ἡρῷ’ ἔπη].. εἰσκυκλήσομαι Poet. in BKT 5(1)p . 84 .
