N. 3.79 , etc.; ἀ. εὐνομίῃσιν famous for his justice, IG 7.94 (Nisaea), cf. Luc. Tim. 38 , App. BC 2.82 , etc.: Sup., Plu. Ant. 34 :—only once in Hom., and in bad sense, notorious, infamous, ὡς .. ἀνθρώποισι πελώμεθ’ ἀοίδιμοι Il. 6.358 .
