2). of things, = λοιπός, ὑ. τὸ βάραθρόν σοι γίγνεται still remains for you, Ar Pl. 431 ; τί ὑμῖν ὑπόλοιπόν ἐστι τῆς ἐκείνων ἀρετῆς; And. 1.109 ; τὸ ὑ. the residue, Pl. R. 427e , POxy. 1252v . 36 (iii A. D.), etc.; ὅσα ἦν ὑ. all that remained to be done, Th. 4.90 ; τῆς ὑ.
