A). one who frequents cross-roads: τριοδίτας· τοὺς ἐν τῇ τριόδῳ διαλοιδορουμένους, AB 309 ; τριοδίτης τριπύλιος, title of Menippean Satire by Varro, Non. p.306L.
II). τριοδῖτις, ιδος, ἡ, epith. of Hecate, who was worshipped at the meeting of three ways, , cf. 1 ND 34 .
