Plur. form, Just. 36, 2, 14; August. ap. Suet. Aug. 76; Plin. 31, 2, 18, § 24; Vulg. Matt. 12, 1 et saep.— In partic., as a name for the seventh day of the week, Saturday, Suet. Tib. 32; Sen.
