Quint. 10, 1, 61; 10, 2, 12; 19: tu mihi maxime imitabilis, maxime imitandus videbaris, Plin. Ep. 7, 20, 4: non imitabile fulmen, Verg. A. 6, 590: quiddam, Ov. P. 4, 10, 77: neque est gemma alia imitabilior mendacio vitri, Plin. 37, 8, 33, § 112.— Imitative, inclined to imitate: homines imitabili natura, Vitr. 2, 1, 3.
