Cic. Fam. 10, 18, 3: in quo igitur homines exhorrescunt? Cic. de Or. 3, 14, 53: metu, id. Fin. 1, 13, 43: oraque buxo Pallidiora gerens exhorruit aequoris instar, Ov.
