Neutr. absol.: cumque (vinolenti) edormiverunt, etc., Cic. Ac. 2, 17, 52. — Act., with acc.: edormi crapulam et exhala, Cic. Phil. 2, 12 fin.: nocturnum vinum, Gell. 6, 10 fin.—Poet.: Fufius ebrius olim Cum Ilionam edormit, i. e. sleeps through the part of the sleeping Iliona, * Hor.
