Aegĭăleus (quadrisyl.), ĕi, m., = Αἰγιαλεύς. Son of Æetes, brother of Medea, commonly called Absyrtus; he was cut to pieces by his sister in her flight, and scattered upon the sea-shore, Pac. ap.
