          Cōrўcĭus, a, um, adj., = Κωρύκιος, Corycian.  Of or belonging to the Corycian mountain cave (Κωρύκιον ἄντρον) on Parnassus, famous in ancient fable: Co rycium nemus, i. e. Parnassian, Stat. Th. 7, 347: umbra, id. S. 5, 3, 5.—Hence,  Cōrўcĭdes Nymphae, the daughters of Plistus, Ov. M. 1, 320.— Of or pertaining to the promontory Corycus; v. 2. Corycus, II.
