adventōrĭus, a, um, adj. adventor, that pertains to an arrival or to a guest, cf. adventicius: hospitium, in which strangers were received, Inscr. ap. Mur. 470, 9.— Subst.: adventōria, ae, f. (sc. cena), a banquet given on one's arrival, Mart. 12 praef.
