Πρίαμος (ἀγακλεής, ἄναξ, γέρων, δαΐφρων, διοτρεφὴς βασιλεύς, ἐϋμμελίης , θεοειδής, θεόφιν μήστωρ ἀτάλαντος, μεγαλήτωρ, μέγας). Patronymic Δαρδανίδης, Λαομεδοντιάδης. King of Troy. Son of Laomedon, grandson of Ilus-1, and great-grandson of Trus-1, who was son of Erichthonius, who was son of Dardanus-1, who was son of Zeus. Father (1) by Hecabe of Deiphobus, Hector, Helenus-1, Laodice-1, Paris and Polites-1; also (though Hecabe is not here named) of Cassandra; (2) by Castianeira of Gorgythion; (3) by Laothoe of Lycaon-2 and Polydorus-1; (4) by unnamed mothers of Agathon, Antiphonus, Antiphus-3, Chromius-2 and his brother Echemmon, Dius , Hippothous-2, Mestor, Pammon, and Troilus; and (5) of Cebriones, Democoon, Doryclus, Isus and Medesicaste, all described as bastards.
