Πανδάρεος
Πανδάρεος Father of Aedon (the proper name does not occur), who was the wife of Zethus and mother of Itylus . Aedon slew Itylus by mistake and was subsequently changed into a nightingale (ἀηδών) Od. 19.518; Pandareus's daughters carried off by a wind (their parents being destroyed), but brought up by Aphrodite Od. 20.66.
