ἅπας -ασα, -αν [(σ)α- as in ἅμα + πᾶς.] Genit. ἅπαντος, -άσης, -αντος. Genit. pl. fem. ἁπασέων Od. 8.284. Strengthened form of, but hardly to be distinguished from, πᾶς. 1 In sing. a All the, the whole, the whole of the: ἠϊόνος Il. 14.35. Cf. Il. 15.506, Il. 20.156, Il. 21.244, 451, etc.: οἶκον Od. 2.48.
