Περσεφόνεια (ἀγαυή, ἁγνή, Διὸς θυγάτηρ, ἐπαινή). Daughter of Zeus and Demeter (it is no doubt to be understood that it was to the union in Il. 14.326 that she owed her being) and wife of Hades Il. 9.457, 569 : Od. 10.491, 494, 509, 534, 564, Od. 11.47, 213, 217, 226, 386, 635.
