εὐνή -ῆς, ἡ [εὐδνή, εὕδω.] Ablative εὐνῆφι(ν) Il. 15.580: Od. 2.2, Od. 3.405, Od. 4.307. 1 Properly, bedding as distinguished from the bedstead (δέμνια, λέκτρον, λέχος): ἐκθεῖσα λέχος ἐμβάλετʼ εὐνήν Od. 23.179. Cf. Od. 3.403, Od. 7.347, Od. 8.269. But app. including bed and bedding: κάτθετʼ εὐνήν, δέμνια καὶ χλαίνας Od. 19.317. So in pl.
